- Prior to distributing fund resources, Zebu considers the reputation, background and relationships of the counterparty to determine whether it is a person with whom the Fund can do business and if the person’s incentives are aligned with Zebu’s
- With each investment opportunity, Zebu seeks to determine
• whether the sponsor is sufficiently motivated to complete a transaction in a timely fashion
• the investment terms are realistic
